 PC Lover Ltd is a UK based reseller, focusing mainly on sales of PC components and peripherals. Along side this they also resale general house hold electronics.
PC Lover ltd approached Oxygen IT with a unique and challenging request. They needed a website that would enable them to project real time price and stock directly from their multiple suppliers’ database, cutting out the need to stock any goods. As well as this the website must perform a price and stock comparison check and only display the most competitive price with adequate stock quantity to the front end for customer viewing.
The retail customer enjoys all standard eCommerce features including individual member history and favorites, multiple payment options complete with credit card fraud prevention system. Order tracking by email, including the ability to manage their orders (i.e. to cancel an order, reviewing a product etc) by logging into their PC Lover user accounts.
However, the backend online software has been primarily built to give the administrators complete flexibility to manage customers. This includes building customized packages like grouping related items, displaying best selling products on home page to boost sales. Building and promoting specific wholesale packages based on available inventory and easily managing inventory for both supplier and reseller purchases.
