Not living locally i was a bit weary of sending my laptop away to someone i didn't know but i was reassured by the friendly and straight forward email and telephone contact from OxygenIT who gave me a run over of the possible problems and a fixed quote for the repair and above all a piece of mind that my laptop was in good hands,so i sent it off to them straight away. Tushar and all at Oxygen did a great job in trying everything they could to repair the laptop and were in contact with me throughout the process but unfortunately in the end a new motherboard fix was the only option and it was just not cost effective to repair. I would recommend OxygenIT to anyone with a computer problem,near or far. The pick up and return was exceptional just taking one day there and one day back and the company's general hands on feeling left me knowing they where always doing the best for me and my laptop.
