Faced with a lifeless laptop we used Oxygen IT's emergency service. Within an hour it had been collected and soon after the problem diagnosed and a part ordered. We needed access to files on the hard-drive for a legal case and would have been sunk without them. So Oxygen returned the computer allowing us to access the files for a crucial meeting, then collected it again, completed the repair and returned it within 24 hours. By any standard this is excellent service but also excellent value as the cost was more than reasonable. They are knowledgeable, efficient and do exactly what they promise they will do.

I seldom write testimonials and this one is unsolicited but service like this is now rare in London and so I am happy to recommend this company.
