Remote Support
Let our IT experts take 'remote control' of your PC or Server to fix problems 6 days week – 9am to 5.30pm. Alternate time outside these hours can be pre-arranged to fit your schedule. Feel free to discuss this with our team.
By fitting a small piece of software into your system staff at Oxygen IT are able to share your screen with you. This means from our computers in our office we can see exactly what is on your monitor and control your computer. This amazing piece of software means we have control of your screen and can fix your problem immediately. All you have do to is concentrate on other work while we solve your problem.

What if I need on-site help?
When all else fails Oxygen IT will make sure that a qualified engineer is at your premises as promptly as you need them. We understand that when things go wrong your productivity is reduced and we will respond to your demands urgently and efficiently.
IT problems may occur because of a faulty piece of hardware that needs to be replaced or repaired. These instances cannot be performed remotely or over the phone, however Oxygen IT offers professional 'on-site' support should you need it.
Our onsite engineers are of course highly qualified and extremely experienced in trouble shooting. Working with Oxygen IT means they will also be fully informed about your network and have access to all the necessary information, meaning you have the best engineer for your system.

*Visits available Mon To Fri 09:00 to 17:00 (exc. Bank Holidays) in selected regions. The cost of parts, replacement hardware, or consumables required to affect repair are not included in the call out or additional on site hourly charges. Equipment may require removal from site for repair or re-configuration. Additional charges may apply for the return and re-installation of equipment at customer's site. Depending on nature of issues diagnosed our engineer, visits may be charged at higher rates. |
