- Call us to arrange an appointment for our an Oxygen IT engineer to visit
- The upgrade includes installing extra memory, external hard drive, sound or video card*
- We will un-box and check the contents of the upgrade
- We will check the suitability and the configuration
- We will install any drivers and software provided with the upgrade
- We will test the upgrade to ensure it is working correctly
- We will give you a detailed service report when the installation is completed
- We will give you a full demonstration and answer any questions you may have

- A qualified engineer to install your upgrades
- Un-boxing and checking of the contents of the upgrade
- Fitting of all upgrades purchased into one PC
- Check suitability and possible hardware compatibility issues
- Installation and configuration of the upgrade or peripheral
- Installation of any software provided with the upgrade
- Testing of the upgrade or peripheral to ensure that it is working correctly
- In the unlikely event that there are incompatible conflicts with the new upgrade the machine will be returned to its original specification

- The cost of the upgrade or peripheral
- Installation of software other than the software provided with the upgrade
- Backup of existing data to protect vital files (this is the responsibility of the client, we can do this for additional cost)
How much does it cost?
Oxygen IT offers pay-per-upgrade option, we only charge £49.99 per PC or Laptop. This will include all work listed above. We also offer packaged deals for bulk PC and Laptop upgrades, please call us to discuss your requirement and quotation.
